About the Role

Elm Company is seeking a Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions that facilitate seamless connectivity between internal systems and external partners within the dynamic fintech and payment ecosystems. The position ensures reliable data exchange, supports critical payment and billing operations, and enhances scalability through advanced API-led and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and secure integration services across internal and external systems.
• Implement integration workflows and data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data flows, maintaining consistency and traceability of transactional data.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns and best practices, contributing to API-led and event-driven architecture design.
• Participate in architecture reviews and governance processes to ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and interoperability requirements.

Technical Development and Implementation

• Develop integration solutions primarily using C# (.NET) or Java.
• Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of all developed integration solutions.

Data Analysis and Financial Operations Support

• Analyze payment and billing data flows to support reconciliation and financial data validation.
• Ensure alignment of integration solutions with financial data models and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and developing integration solutions, preferably within fintech or payment ecosystems.

Documentation and Operational Adherence

• Document API specifications, integration designs, and technical decisions, while maintaining reusable integration components and standards.
• Evaluate emerging fintech and integration technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with all applicable safety, quality, environmental, and information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
