About the Role
SITE is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager for Human Capital Development (HCD) to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role focuses on enhancing organizational defensive capabilities through the design and delivery of security exercises, development of educational content, and assessment of system and team readiness.
Role Purpose and Context
The primary objective of this role is to contribute to strengthening the organization's defensive posture against cyber threats. The Consulting Senior Manager HCD will act as a key player in designing and executing realistic security exercises, creating specialized training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of existing security measures and personnel. This involves leveraging expertise in penetration testing and incident response to build a robust defensive architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Technical Exercises: Lead and conduct authorized penetration testing and vulnerability assessments (PTVA) on networks and systems, employing realistic threat techniques to evaluate security controls and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Threat Management: Proactively search for undetected threats, analyze threat intelligence, and provide actionable insights to inform cybersecurity decision-making processes.
- Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR): Utilize experience in digital forensics to collect and analyze digital evidence. Investigate cybersecurity incidents to derive critical information for mitigation and response strategies.
- Training and Development: Develop specialized cybersecurity content and deliver training and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical competencies.
- Continuous Assessment: Measure the effectiveness of the defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities and ensure systems adhere to acceptable security policies.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Candidates are expected to possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. A strong background in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, threat intelligence analysis, and digital forensics is essential. Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs is also a key requirement for this role.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is integral to the Exercises and Assessments department, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
