Y L Versia is seeking a Content Creator Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for a creative and proactive individual with a strong passion for Saudi culture and social media. The role involves supporting the production of engaging Arabic content for various social media platforms.

Role Context

The Content Creator Assistant will work closely with a full-time Chinese content creator, focusing on producing Arabic content about Saudi Arabia. The primary objective is to help maintain a consistent content schedule, support platform growth across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and transform trending ideas into compelling content specifically for Saudi audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research social media trends and content ideas relevant to Saudi audiences.
• Develop creative content concepts that align with the creator's brand and audience.
• Plan and organize weekly content schedules for both organic content and brand collaborations.
• Assist in keeping content production on track and ensuring consistent posting.
• Create rough-cut edits for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut.
• Provide occasional assistance with filming and behind-the-scenes production.
• Support content publishing and basic social media management tasks.
• Attend restaurant visits, brand events, and outdoor shoots as required by the content schedule.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in content creation or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for Saudi culture and social media.
• Proactive approach to content development and scheduling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut is preferred.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This full-time position offers flexible working hours, which are primarily based on the content production schedule. Occasional evening or weekend filming may be required for brand collaborations or special events. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625 per month.
