About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Content Creator who possesses a sharp commercial acumen to transform trending topics on TikTok and Instagram into compelling advertising content that drives results. This role is pivotal for strategic planning, execution oversight, and continuous analysis of content performance in the Saudi market, aimed at maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning the Content Strategy:
  • Trend Discovery and Analysis: Continuously monitor popular content trends.
  • Content Conversion: Convert general entertainment content into effective marketing content.
  • Action Plan Formulation: Write a detailed content plan with cost and time estimates.
  • Review and Submission: Submit content plans for management approval.
• Content Execution and Production Oversight:
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with voice-over artists and editing teams.
  • Influencer Management: Work with influencers to create effective content.
  • Quality and Compliance Review: Ensure content meets the approved plan and request amendments as needed.
  • Completion: Ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
  • Final Management Review: Submit final content for approval.
• Content Performance Review and Optimization:
  • Monthly Analytical Meeting: Review content performance with the Media Buyer team.
  • Data-Driven Planning: Adjust future content plans based on performance analysis.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred.
• General Experience: Minimum 3 years in content creation and digital advertising.
• Specialized Experience: At least 1 year in creating high-converting content, particularly in beauty or personal care, DTC brands, or solutions-based sectors.
• Saudi Market Experience: Recent experience in the Saudi market is essential.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to distinguish effective content for driving sales.

Required Personal Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

We are looking for a creative content writer who has the ability to craft engaging and professional texts that align with the brand identity and meet the needs of digital marketing. The content writer will be responsible for producing diverse texts including advertising content, social media content, articles, marketing texts, and presentations.
