About the Role

L & T Case Equipment Private Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This is a contract position focused on supporting global contracting activities across tendering, bid preparation, contract formation, and procurement stages. The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and standardizing contractual documents for both client-facing and supply chain engagements.

Role Purpose and Context

The Contracts Manager will ensure effective contractual risk management, facilitate the appropriate flow-down of obligations from main contracts into downstream agreements, and maintain compliance with corporate contract governance requirements. This position provides support across multiple regions and requires close collaboration with Tendering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Project teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client contract documents during tender and pre-award stages.
• Prepare contractual risk assessments, qualifications, and tender contractual positions.
• Draft and negotiate pre-bid, cooperation, consortium, and related agreements.
• Draft and maintain supply chain contract documents, including purchase order terms, subcontract agreements, and service agreements.
• Ensure appropriate flow-down of client contract obligations into supplier and subcontractor agreements.
• Support contract governance, standardization, and risk management activities.
• Provide contractual support to Tendering, Supply Chain, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams globally.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant contracts management or pre-contract specialist role.

This is a contract-based position located in Riyadh.
