Contracts Manager

About the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Contracts Manager to support global contracting activities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the tendering, bid preparation, contract formation, and procurement stages. The role involves reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and standardizing contractual documents for both client-facing and supply chain engagements.

Role Purpose and Context

The Contracts Manager will ensure effective contractual risk management and compliance with corporate contract governance requirements. A key aspect of this role is the appropriate flow-down of obligations from main contracts into downstream agreements. The position provides support across multiple regions and requires close collaboration with Tendering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Project teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client contract documents during tender and pre-award stages.
• Prepare contractual risk assessments, qualifications, and tender contractual positions.
• Draft and negotiate pre-bid, cooperation, consortium, and related agreements.
• Draft and maintain supply chain contract documents, including purchase order terms, subcontract agreements, and service agreements.
• Ensure appropriate flow-down of client contract obligations into supplier and subcontractor agreements.
• Support contract governance, standardization, and risk management activities.
• Provide contractual support to Tendering, Supply Chain, Projects, Legal, and Finance teams globally.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in contract management, particularly within tendering, bid preparation, contract formation, and procurement stages. The role requires a strong understanding of contractual risk management and the ability to ensure compliance with corporate governance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various global teams, including Tendering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Project teams, to support the organization's contracting activities across multiple regions.
