About the Role

Star Services is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and quantity assessments for civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation within this sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Conduct quantity assessments and take-offs.
• Perform cost planning and budget forecasting.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in cost estimation, specifically for civil infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AACE and RICS cost estimation methods and standards.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in cost-control techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate estimations.
