The Role of Creative Design & Motion Specialist

Mozn is seeking a Creative Design & Motion Specialist to develop visual experiences that enhance the Mozn brand and support business objectives. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, involves producing creative assets for campaigns, events, social media, digital channels, executive communications, and product marketing. The position requires strong graphic design skills combined with motion graphics and visual storytelling capabilities. The ideal candidate will translate complex enterprise AI concepts into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and product marketing.
• Produce explainer videos that simplify topics such as AI, compliance, and financial crime prevention.
• Develop product demonstrations, customer success stories, launch videos, and thought leadership content.
• Design motion assets for conferences, keynotes, executive presentations, and industry events.
• Translate static content into visual narratives through motion design and storytelling.
• Maintain and evolve Mozn's visual identity across all channels.
• Design digital advertising, social media content, email campaigns, infographics, presentations, and web assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Develop creative concepts that support Mozn's positioning in enterprise AI.
• Create campaign assets for awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
• Design event experiences including booth graphics, stage visuals, event collateral, and digital signage.
• Leverage modern design and AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation.
• Explore new creative approaches and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of experience in creative design and motion graphics.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual experiences.
• Proficiency in graphic design and motion graphics software.
• Skills in visual storytelling and transforming complex concepts into engaging content.
