Role Overview: Creative Director (Art)

BigTime Creative Shop is seeking a Creative Director (Art) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience who can lead creative thinking and shape ideas. The position is for an individual who sets standards and drives teams to deliver work that achieves global recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for key accounts, from initial concept development through to final execution.
• Drive the creation of work that extends beyond traditional campaigns and integrates into culture, ensuring each output garners attention and generates conversation.
• Collaborate with strategy, production, and leadership teams to develop ideas that are both bold and meticulously crafted.
• Mentor and develop creative professionals, encouraging the team to consistently elevate the quality of all work produced.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong background in film, digital, social media, and innovation.
• A portfolio demonstrating leadership in developing award-winning ideas that achieve broad reach and impact.
• Experience working with global brands or on large-scale campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to balance conceptual thinking with strong execution and craftsmanship.
• Confidence in presenting, challenging, and elevating work at every stage of development.

Work Type and Location
