Omq Event Management is seeking a Creative Team Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the development of creative concepts and ideas for a range of projects, including events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the creative vision from initial brief through to final execution, ensuring all creative outputs align with client objectives and brand identity.

Role Summary

The Creative Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the creative team and managing the entire creative development process. This includes translating client requirements into strong creative directions, fostering innovative ideas, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all creative work. The role requires a leader who can collaborate effectively across departments and maintain high standards under project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the creative team throughout the concept development and design process.
• Develop creative concepts and innovative ideas for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential projects.
• Translate client briefs and project objectives into strong creative directions and concepts.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for pitches and ongoing projects.
• Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with approved concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and other team members.
• Develop creative concepts for stages, booths, exhibitions, event spaces, activations, and interactive experiences.
• Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Oversee the creative development process from initial concept through final execution.
• Ensure creative deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on creative trends and new ideas within the events and experiential industry.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3–6 years of professional experience in creative roles, preferably within the events, exhibitions, experiential, advertising, or brand activation industries.
• Previous experience in the events industry is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a creative team.
• Strong experience in creative concept development and ideation.
• Experience working on events, exhibitions, brand activations, or experiential projects.
