About Node Technologies and the Role

Node Technologies is seeking a CRM Developer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on the development and maintenance of back-office solutions, specifically for managing complaints and service requests within our systems. The role involves working with core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The CRM Developer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse. This includes developing robust systems to handle various operational workflows, ensuring seamless management of customer interactions and internal processes related to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.
• Design and implement workflows for complaint, request, case management, SLA tracking, escalations, and notifications.

Technical Development and Integration

• Develop plugins, JavaScript functionalities, Power Automate flows, and custom components to extend CRM capabilities.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with various internal systems and external entities using APIs.

System Support and Collaboration

• Provide support for system deployments, conduct troubleshooting, and optimize performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and other technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in CRM development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. A foundational understanding of the technologies and practices mentioned in the responsibilities is expected.
