About the Role

Alkhorayef Energy Systems (AES) is seeking a qualified Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing customer interactions and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding professionally to customer enquiries.
• Create, assign, and follow up on customer leads.
• Register customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and accurately record feedback.
• Monitor customer interactions across various service channels, including emails and chatbots.
• Support supplier registration, tender coordination, and PQD documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Escalate overdue or unresolved cases to the CRM Team Lead.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer care or customer service.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, specifically within the Second Industrial City.
