Role Purpose

The Officer Customer Care Agent is central to maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers through phone, email, chat, social media, and customer care systems. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across all approved communication channels.

Accurately document all customer interactions within the Customer Care System.

Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate teams.
