About the Role

Carrefour Saudi Arabia (Majid Al Futtaim) is seeking an Officer - Customer Care Agent to join their team in Riyadh. This is a regular work type position, ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service across various communication channels.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and customer care systems. The agent will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to service quality and operational performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across all approved communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Process and follow up on customer cases, service requests, complaints, refunds, and escalations as required.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within the Customer Care System.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate teams.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or related role. The ability to manage diverse customer interactions and maintain high service standards is essential.
