Officer Customer Care Agent

About the Role

MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking an Officer - Customer Care Agent to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for delivering customer service by managing inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback across various communication channels. The agent will ensure efficient issue resolution and a positive customer experience while adhering to service quality standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues through channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media. The role involves maintaining high service quality and operational performance standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across all approved communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Process and follow up on customer cases, service requests, complaints, refunds, and escalations as required.
• Accurately document all customer interactions within the Customer Care System.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain service quality standards and achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a customer service role.
