Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative – US Capital Market is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role operates from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and is responsible for managing client inquiries related to the US capital market and international trading. The representative will provide support for account information, trade status, and transaction-related queries, ensuring high client satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients.
• Resolve client issues efficiently and accurately.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams as needed.
• Document all client interactions within internal systems.
• Coordinate with operations and brokerage teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Educate clients on platform features, compliance requirements, and service procedures, while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
