Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to ensure an outstanding experience for our beneficiaries. The specialist will be responsible for receiving and efficiently processing all requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring strict adherence to established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee customer service operations effectively.
• Provide comprehensive information and guidance regarding company services.
• Process and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Accurately document all requests and interactions within designated systems.
• Work towards achieving and maintaining high service quality targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of a Diploma is required.
• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
