Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Engineer

About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Engineer to join its security team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and disseminating threat intelligence to protect client environments from emerging cyber threats. It is suitable for cybersecurity professionals with 0-1 years of experience looking to develop a career in threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze threat intelligence data from various sources, including open-source, commercial, and internal feeds.
• Monitor the threat landscape to identify emerging threats, threat actors, and attack techniques relevant to the organization and its clients.
• Produce clear and actionable threat intelligence reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response teams with contextual threat intelligence during security events.
• Maintain and update threat intelligence platforms and databases.
• Track and profile threat actors, campaigns, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance detection and response capabilities based on intelligence findings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Cyber Threat Intelligence or security analysis.
• Solid understanding of threat intelligence concepts, frameworks, and methodologies (*, MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain).
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs) and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools.
• Basic understanding of network protocols, malware behavior, and attack vectors.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SIEM platforms and log analysis.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or threat intelligence-specific certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in staying current with the latest cybersecurity trends and the threat landscape.
