The Role of Cybersecurity Delivery Manager

IBM is seeking a Cybersecurity Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services engagements for clients across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing complex engagements within environments regulated by the NCA and SAMA, working closely with client stakeholders, IBM delivery teams, and Security practice leadership to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity advisory, implementation, and managed-security engagements.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional IBM and client teams across various cybersecurity workstreams.
• Oversee delivery across areas including Security Operations Center (SOC), cloud security, and Operational Technology (OT) security.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client executives throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IBM Security practice leads to maintain delivery quality and address project risks and issues.
• Build strong client relationships and drive overall client satisfaction.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity delivery management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cybersecurity engagements, particularly within NCA and SAMA-regulated environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders and internal IBM teams.
