About the Opportunity

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is seeking a Cybersecurity Instructor & Learning Product Designer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering high-quality cybersecurity training programs and contributing to the design and development of learning products for professionals across various sectors in the GCC region.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will serve as an experienced Cybersecurity Trainer, responsible for both direct instruction and the strategic development of educational content. This dual function ensures that training initiatives are not only effectively delivered but also continuously enhanced and tailored to meet the evolving needs of government entities, financial institutions, and corporate organizations.

Training Delivery Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually, covering topics such as cybersecurity fundamentals, threat management, incident response, fraud prevention, GRC, and emerging cyber threats.
• Facilitate workshops for diverse audiences, ranging from early graduates to senior leadership.
• Adapt delivery style to effectively meet the learning needs of technical and non-technical cohorts across various sectors, including government, transport, financial services, and other regulated industries.

Content Design and Learning Product Development

• Co-design and review training content, case studies, and assessments, ensuring alignment with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SAMA CSF, and NCA ECC.
• Provide subject matter expertise to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and contextual alignment of content across client sectors.
• Support the localization of global cybersecurity content to suit GCC audiences.
• Collaborate on the design of cybersecurity learning products, including program structures, learning journeys, and certification pathways.
• Contribute to eLearning module design and storyboarding for SCORM/LMS-ready formats.
• Support proposal and RFP responses by providing technical curriculum input when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, specifically within offensive, defensive, GRC, or SOC contexts.
• Demonstrated experience delivering cybersecurity training to professional or corporate audiences.
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory and compliance frameworks across various sectors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to varied audiences.

Additional Desired Skills

• Experience with curriculum or instructional design is considered an advantage.
