About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Platinion is seeking an AI Tech Consultant with a focus on Cybersecurity to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. Role Context and Responsibilities

Working at the intersection of strategy and technology delivery, you will assist leading organizations in addressing complex challenges. This role involves shaping digital transformations for global companies, balancing overarching technical solutions with specific client needs. You will enable clients to build effective cybersecurity programs aligned with their organizational goals, assess their cybersecurity posture, and develop mitigation strategies to address identified gaps. A key aspect of this role is defining strategic cybersecurity ambitions and designing both technical and non-technical initiatives to achieve them.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing innovative solutions and employing emerging technologies to counter diverse cybersecurity threats.
• Communicating complex security concepts to client stakeholders at all levels.
• Staying current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform strategic initiatives.
• Developing risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to organizational needs.
• Conducting risk assessments and building mitigation strategies in line with client risk profiles.
• Establishing effective risk monitoring to prioritize mitigation efforts.
• Developing and implementing security measures for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Conducting security assessments of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and risks.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline. The role requires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting. Essential knowledge includes strategic technology and management expertise, encompassing:

• Technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures.
• Digitization of business processes.
• Evaluation of technical solutions and their feasibility.
• Handling of organizational and procedural aspects of IT management.
• Development of business cases.

A proven track record of building cybersecurity programs for large and complex organizations is required, along with expertise in cybersecurity best practices and standards. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for tackling complex digital challenges and developing solutions. Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts is necessary.
