About the Role

CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity leader focused on protecting organizations through an advanced AI-native platform. The Strategic Advisory Services team supports clients in enhancing their security programs, educating personnel, and developing cyber initiatives. This Principal Consultant role involves contributing to engagement delivery, focusing on task execution, reporting, and supporting leadership to ensure project success. The position also offers opportunities for contributing to thought leadership and methodology development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to strategic advisory engagements, interacting with management and executive-level stakeholders across various industries.
  • Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs to improve organizational security posture.
  • Develop scenarios for clients to exercise their response capabilities.
  • Produce and deliver high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management.
  • Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity from both government and private sector perspectives.
  • Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams.
  • Represent CrowdStrike at external industry events and thought leadership opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Native or fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • IT / Security Management Consulting: Experience in leadership positions, managing executive relationships, and addressing information security and IT issues, including technical and operational cybersecurity.
    • Security Program Development: Experience in developing, managing, and implementing security programs, including SOC, CSIRT, or Fusion Center development.
    • Security Analysis / Operations: Leadership or key delivery roles in security operations (*, SOCs, IR teams) with a practitioner's understanding of cybersecurity and communication of results to senior leaders.
    • Business Strategy / Risk Analysis: Experience assisting businesses with risks, including cyber risks, and applying organizational risk frameworks.
    • Cybersecurity Policy: Responsibility for developing or enhancing cybersecurity policies, plans, and playbooks.
    • Public / Government Affairs: Experience assisting government organizations or entities working with governments in refining cybersecurity priorities and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in professional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with diverse customers and team members.
  • Capability to independently complete complex strategic analysis and development tasks.
  • Strong ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients across industries.
  • A strong desire to expand cyber aptitude, technical awareness, and soft skills.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, remote position. The role is based in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the Eastern Region for client engagements. While remote, the ability to travel to engage with clients is a requirement.

Education and Background

Candidates should possess relevant training and skills. While advanced degrees are not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Policy, Public Policy, or Intelligence Studies is beneficial. Master's degrees will be given additional consideration. Applicants without a formal degree but with relevant military or work experience and/or training will also be considered.
