About the Role

BCG Platinion is seeking an AI Tech Consultant in Cybersecurity to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys with a focus on robust cybersecurity strategies.

Role Overview

The AI Tech Consultant will play a key role in shaping the digital transformation of leading global companies. This involves enabling clients to develop effective cybersecurity programs aligned with their organizational objectives, assessing their current security posture, and building comprehensive mitigation strategies. The consultant will define strategic cybersecurity ambitions and design both technical and non-technical initiatives to address diverse threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ cybersecurity posture and build mitigation strategies.
• Define strategic cybersecurity ambitions and design technical and non-technical initiatives.
• Develop innovative solutions and employ emerging technologies to combat cybersecurity threats.
• Communicate complex security concepts to client stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
• Develop risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and build mitigation strategies.
• Establish effective risk monitoring.
• Develop and implement security measures tailored to operational technology (OT) environments.
• Conduct security assessments of OT systems.
• Develop integrated security strategies for converging IT and OT environments.
• Balance overarching technical solutions with individual client circumstances.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting is required. Essential qualifications include strategic technology and management know-how, with proven experience in the technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures, digitization of business processes, and evaluation of technical solutions and their feasibility. Experience in handling organizational and procedural aspects of IT management, and developing business cases, is also necessary. A proven track record of building cybersecurity programs for large and complex organizations is expected.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Expertise on cybersecurity best practices and standards.
• Enthusiasm for developing and sharing solutions for complex digital challenges.
• Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
• Formal qualifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSP, or ISO 27001 LA/LI, are preferred.
