Furthermore, the role includes developing risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to client needs, conducting risk assessments, and building mitigation strategies in line with client risk profiles. Establishing effective risk monitoring to prioritize mitigation efforts and developing and implementing security measures for operational technology (OT) environments are also key duties. This involves conducting thorough security assessments of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and risks, and developing integrated security strategies for converging IT and OT environments.

Essential qualifications include strategic technology and management knowledge, proficiency in technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures, and experience with the digitization of business processes. Candidates must be adept at evaluating technical solutions and their feasibility, handling organizational and procedural aspects of IT management, and developing business cases. A proven track record of building cybersecurity programs for large and complex organizations is necessary, along with expertise in cybersecurity best practices and standards.

Required Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and be enthusiastic about developing and sharing solutions. Comfort working within interdisciplinary teams and in global contexts is important. Formal qualifications in cybersecurity, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSP, or ISO 27001 LA/LI, are highly regarded.
