About the Role

Al-Bilad for Consultancies & Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leveraging data to enhance business decision-making and operational efficiency within the organization.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decisions and drive operational excellence. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing comprehensive reports and dashboards, identifying key trends, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across various functions. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Analyze operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform OPEX (Operational Excellence) data analysis to measure performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from ERP systems to support business operations and reporting.
• Develop automated data processing and reporting solutions using Python and other analytical tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling where appropriate.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Document analytical methodologies, data models, and reporting processes.
• Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or similar analytical position.
• Proven experience in data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis from diverse sources.
• Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational, financial, and business performance data.
• Experience with ERP systems for data extraction and interpretation.
• Familiarity with Python and other analytical tools for automated data processing and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data governance standards and best practices for data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
