Role Overview

Reporting to the Data Management Senior Director, the Data Privacy Senior Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding personal and sensitive information across the organization. This position is instrumental in embedding privacy-by-design principles into all data processing activities and fostering a robust culture of data protection throughout Takamol Holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the personal data protection program.
• Safeguard personal and sensitive information across all organizational activities.
• Embed privacy-by-design principles into data processing activities and systems.
• Promote and cultivate a strong culture of data protection within the organization.

Compliance and Standards Adherence

• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.
• Align data protection practices with controls established by SDAIA and NDMO.
• Integrate global best practices in data privacy into Takamol’s operational framework.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in data privacy, data protection, or a closely related field. This experience should include practical application of data protection laws and frameworks.
