About the Role

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is partnering with a leading international PMC to recruit a Design Manager for a significant Master Plan & Urban Development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with over 10 years of experience in design management.

Role Overview

The Design Manager will be responsible for driving design quality and consistency across the entire program. This involves integrating various design disciplines, including architecture, planning, infrastructure, utilities, and landscape, into a cohesive and buildable vision for the urban development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure design quality and consistency throughout the Master Plan & Urban Development program.
• Integrate architectural, planning, infrastructure, utilities, and landscape designs into a unified vision.
• Lead and manage a small technical team.
• Oversee the development of a coherent and buildable design vision.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in design management.
• Demonstrated experience in Master Plan and Urban Development projects.
• Proven ability to manage and integrate multi-disciplinary design teams.

Work Environment
