About the Role

Modern Food Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple restaurant brands. The primary objective is to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue across diverse restaurant brands.
• Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website management, content updates, SEO, user experience, and performance optimization.
• Oversee social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and platform growth across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns for new restaurant launches, seasonal promotions, events, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Lead paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, managing audience targeting, budgets, optimization, and performance reporting.
• Establish and maintain digital marketing KPIs, tracking website traffic, engagement, conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition, and campaign performance.
• Manage CRM initiatives, including email marketing, newsletters, and customer retention campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, operations, and external agencies to deliver high-impact digital campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain high-quality content aligned with each brand's positioning.
• Monitor digital trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for experience within the F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable business results.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Strong expertise in paid media platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, website management, CMS platforms, and user experience optimization.
• Experience managing digital marketing budgets, agency partnerships, and external vendors.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends, digital content, and consumer engagement strategies.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with internal creative and operations teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
