Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

MOBCO Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires extensive experience in digital marketing to develop, implement, and manage the company's overall digital marketing strategy. The primary goal is to strengthen brand visibility, enhance online presence, generate business leads, and support the company's business development objectives.

Role Purpose

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading all digital marketing initiatives. This includes hands-on experience in online campaigns, social media management, SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, and digital analytics to drive measurable results and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Manage the company's digital presence across websites, social media platforms, search engines, and other online channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, online visibility, and lead generation.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee website management, updates, landing pages, and digital content to ensure consistency with corporate branding.
• Plan and manage content marketing activities, including corporate presentations, marketing materials, videos, articles, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Identify digital marketing opportunities, emerging trends, and new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, advertising expenditure, and campaign ROI.
• Coordinate with internal departments, business development teams, and external agencies for effective marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to generate qualified business leads and improve customer engagement through digital channels.
• Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and conduct market research for brand differentiation.
• Establish measurable KPIs and prepare regular digital marketing performance reports for management.
• Ensure consistent corporate branding, communication standards, and brand identity across all digital platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, platforms, and campaign management.
• Extensive experience in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and digital performance tracking.
• Experience in website management, content marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to develop and manage digital marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI.
• Excellent understanding of branding, online reputation management, and digital communication.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
