Americana Restaurants is a leading operator of restaurant brands across the MENA region. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position as a Digital Partners Lead.

The Digital Partners Lead Role

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing relationships with multiple brands and aggregators. The primary objectives include minimizing non-commission spend on aggregators, such as marketing, compensations, and credits, while maximizing aggregator platform efficiency for order capture and processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define growth strategies for each brand and aggregator under responsibility.
• Build strong relationships with aggregators and support senior management during negotiations and contract renewals.
• Act as the in-house expert on the aggregator landscape, dynamics, and potential disruptions for responsible markets.
• Lead aggregator operations management in collaboration with internal operational stakeholders.
• Streamline ways of working with aggregators, including IT projects.
• Oversee marketing spends on aggregators, driving for optimal ROI for the business.
• Provide disciplined visibility into business performance by designing and distributing reporting matrices, scorecards, and reports.
• Ensure the completion of projects and initiatives to meet KPIs, engaging stakeholders in technology, finance, revenue management, and aggregators.
• Report and articulate the status and progress of respective projects, tasks, and responsibilities in formal and informal settings.
• Define and closely track targets for key guest experience metrics on aggregators, such as store ratings.
• Create intervention projects to address any guest experience deviations and liaise with Brand, HD, and CC operations teams.
• Define the aggregator roll-out playbook when launching new aggregators, addressing all deployment aspects that could impact commercials or guest experience.
• Support the Brand, HD, and CC operations teams on aggregator channel initiatives, if required.

Commercial Management and Growth

• Forecast annual sales and transaction targets with monthly, weekly, and daily breakdowns.
• Create monthly and weekly marketing plans to achieve forecasts, carefully considering brand and channel cannibalization.
• Minimize marketing spend on aggregators while maximizing conversions and ROI.
• Minimize other expenses on aggregators, such as credits paid or commission ramp-up due to threshold breaches.
• Identify other key drivers of revenue and profitability (transactions, average check, sales mix, order frequency) and ensure they are addressed in the comprehensive growth plan for each aggregator.
• Liaise with Brand, FPA, and franchisor teams to ensure buy-in, approvals, and DoA for all forecasts and growth plans.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Digital Partners Lead position should possess 8-10 years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, and partnership management, preferably within the restaurant or retail sector.
