Role Overview: Director City Asset Management

As the Director - City Asset Management, you will play a central role in defining how social assets are prepared, managed, and optimized across City Operations. This position is focused on safeguarding long-term asset value while upholding high service standards, operational effectiveness, and commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of city assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level management of social assets, ensuring readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization within City Operations.
• Drive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across all city assets.
• Oversee service quality management and handover readiness to support successful operational outcomes.
• Translate operational requirements into stage gate criteria and readiness inputs.
• Coordinate effectively with operators, facilities management providers, and various City Operations functions to ensure alignment of asset management priorities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess over 10 years of relevant professional experience in asset management, real estate development, or a related field, preferably within large-scale urban or destination projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on the development and operationalization of Qiddiya City.
