Director Commercial (MAS )

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Commercial Director - Commercial and Reporting to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the commercial and reporting functions for various projects, focusing on providing insights to optimize operational effectiveness and align with business objectives. The role is critical in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of the company's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability across all projects.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project and operational performance effectively.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies across all commercial activities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance collaboration and support business interests.
• Lead and mentor the commercial reporting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in commercial management and financial reporting within the Construction or Development sectors.
• Proven experience in developing commercial strategies and leading financial reporting initiatives.
