Humain is seeking a Director – Special Projects & Growth to join its Corporate Strategy team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

Role Purpose and Contribution

This is a non-traditional strategy role designed for an exceptional Saudi leader. Reporting to the Corporate Strategy function and collaborating closely with executive leadership, the Director will operate as a key growth engine for Humain. The primary objective is to translate strategic ambitions into significant partnerships, new ventures, market expansion, and measurable enterprise value through originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing landmark strategic and commercial deals with leading technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, negotiate, and close landmark partnerships and commercial agreements with hyperscalers, chipmakers, AI platform leaders, and global technology companies.
• Lead high-priority special projects from concept and business case development through structuring, execution, and handover.
• Structure complex, first-of-their-kind transactions, including Joint Ventures (JVs), co-investments, licensing, technology transfer, infrastructure, and go-to-market agreements.
• Unlock new markets, revenue streams, and strategic growth opportunities for the company.
• Build and activate C-level relationships across global Big Tech, governments, investors, and strategic partners.
• Mobilize internal and external stakeholders to progress from strategic planning to signed agreements and delivered outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi national with 12+ years of professional experience.
• A verifiable track record of personally originating, structuring, and closing landmark deals valued at nine-figures or larger with leading global technology companies.
• Director-level experience gained within a leading global technology company, a sovereign investor, a tier-one investment bank, or an elite strategy institution.

Required Skills and Expertise

• An existing and activatable C-suite network across global Big Tech.
• Deep expertise in complex deal architecture, including JVs, co-investments, licensing, technology transfer, infrastructure, and GTM structures.
• A proven zero-to-one builder capable of taking ventures, partnerships, or business lines from concept to scaled commercial operations.
• Deep understanding of the global AI, cloud, semiconductor, and digital infrastructure landscape.
• Exceptional executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate effectively with CEOs, boards, senior government leaders, and global partners.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the top 1% of the field, with full ownership from initial conversation through to signed agreement and execution.
