About the Role

Mii (Market Insight International) is seeking an experienced Director – Global Trade & Strategic Partnerships to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time senior leadership position focuses on developing international trade opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving digital business initiatives to achieve sustainable commercial growth across local and international markets.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will combine strong knowledge of international trade and B2B business models with experience in digital platforms, strategic partnerships, and business growth. This role requires a commercially driven leader who understands both the traditional international trade ecosystem and the opportunities presented by digital technologies, capable of transforming partnerships and market opportunities into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international trade and strategic business development initiatives.
• Build and manage partnerships with manufacturers, exporters, importers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop local and international business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead digital and B2B business initiatives, ensuring effective execution and growth.
• Drive commercial performance through business planning, revenue growth, KPI management, and strategic negotiations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a digital platform, online marketplace, B2B e-commerce business, or a similar digital environment.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, import/export operations, and supply chains.
• Solid understanding of digital product management, platform technologies, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and multidisciplinary team management skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a growing team focused on expanding Mii's global presence and strategic initiatives.
