Director Commercial and Partnerships Film Studio (SPA )

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director Commercial and Partnerships - Film Studio to lead the commercial growth strategy for Playmaker Film Studio. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue through strategic partnerships, leasing, sponsorships, marketing, and business development. The Director will be responsible for maximizing studio utilization, enhancing brand visibility, and building long-term partnerships within the film, media, and entertainment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the studio's commercial and partnership strategy.
• Identify and secure new revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, retention, and occupancy performance.
• Drive marketing, communications, and brand positioning initiatives.
• Oversee digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Represent Playmaker Film Studio with industry partners, investors, production companies, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial, partnerships, business development, or marketing leadership roles.
• Experience within the film, media, entertainment, creative industries, sports, or events sectors is preferred.
• Proven track record in securing strategic partnerships and achieving commercial revenue growth.
