The Role: Director Sustainability

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Director Sustainability to lead sustainability initiatives at both the program and corporate levels. This full-time position involves defining how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities are translated into measurable outcomes. The Director will work across various teams and engage with stakeholders to strengthen sustainability strategy, guide implementation, and embed forward-looking practices into major infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sustainability strategy across major social infrastructure programs and corporate initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive ESG goals, metrics, and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
• Partner with project teams to integrate sustainability principles into all stages of planning and delivery for infrastructure projects.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainability compliance, foster innovation, and promote best practices.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in sustainability leadership or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies at both program and corporate levels.
• Experience with ESG frameworks, metrics, and reporting, particularly in the context of national development goals.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
