About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Dive and Snorkel Instructor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and supervising dive and snorkel sessions for guests, ensuring safe and enjoyable underwater experiences in accordance with international diving standards. The instructor will be responsible for guiding, training, and monitoring participants, as well as maintaining equipment and safety protocols.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality dive and snorkel instruction and guided tours. This includes ensuring the safety of all participants and adherence to environmental responsibility during excursions. The role also encompasses educating guests on marine life and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct dive and snorkel briefings, training sessions, and guided tours.
Monitor guest safety and environmental responsibility during all excursions.
Inspect and maintain diving equipment to ensure readiness and operational safety.
Provide first aid and emergency response as required.
Educate guests about marine life, underwater safety, and eco-practices.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and PADI or equivalent diving standards.
Support certification programs for both beginner and advanced divers.
Maintain daily logs and incident reports accurately.
Collaborate with lifeguards and the aquatic operations team.
Provide feedback to enhance guest programs and marine activities.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 6-10 years of experience in a relevant capacity. A strong background in dive and snorkel instruction, coupled with a deep understanding of international diving standards, is essential. Certification from PADI or an equivalent recognized diving organization is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working closely with guests and a dedicated aquatic operations team to deliver high-quality marine experiences.
