Role Overview

The Document Controller Specialist will support the Project Documentation Manager in daily tasks related to documentation management. This role involves ensuring the consistent application of the Documentation Management Process across the project, thereby promoting efficiency and alignment. The specialist will work closely with the manager and various cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance, providing guidance on documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the Project Documentation Manager.
  • Ensure all project team members adhere to the Documentation Management Process.
  • Address disputes related to documentation processes within defined areas of responsibility.
  • Support the alignment of documentation practices across the project.
  • Monitor the quality and timeliness of documentation deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless documentation workflows.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with documentation management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the documentation process.
  • Ensure compliance with both internal and external documentation standards.

Qualifications and Experience
