About RiDiK and the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Dynamic CRM Developer to join its IT team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the support and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Dynamic CRM Developer will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining the company's CRM and Remedy systems. This position requires a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM support and integration with Remedy, alongside a proven track record of implementing and customizing CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements. The primary objective is to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to support business processes and functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and forms.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems and applications using APIs and web services.
  • Perform data migration and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot CRM system issues, providing technical support as needed.
  • Keep abreast of new CRM features and technologies, incorporating them into solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Document CRM development processes, configurations, and customizations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.

Technical Skills and Expertise

  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET, C#, JavaScript, Remedy, and HTML.
  • Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database principles.
  • Knowledge of Remedy and its integration with CRM.

Professional Attributes and Desirables

  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly desirable.
