E Commerce / Marketplace Specialist

About the Role

SOL Trading is seeking a full-time E-Commerce / Marketplace Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This role is critical for managing and scaling the company's B2C E-Commerce operations, focusing on comprehensive management of online seller portals and enhancing sales performance.

Role Purpose and Impact

The E-Commerce / Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of online marketplace presence. This includes overseeing product listings, order fulfillment, and customer issue resolution. A primary objective of this role is to improve product visibility, optimize sales performance, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies, contributing directly to the growth of B2C operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain E-Commerce seller portals and dashboards.
• Handle product listing, catalog management, SKU creation, and updates.
• Oversee product pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, dispatch, and delivery.
• Address returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer issues.
• Understand marketplace commercial models, commissions, fees, and deductions.
• Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Maintain professional relationships with marketplace account managers and business partners.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within seller portals promptly.
• Prepare regular E-Commerce performance reports and dashboards.
• Implement strategies to improve product visibility, sales performance, and marketplace ranking.
• Support the company in launching and scaling B2C E-Commerce operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5+ years of relevant E-Commerce / Marketplace experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Noon and Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Trendyol or other major marketplaces is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations from product listing through order fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
• Experience working with marketplace partners and account managers.
• Certification or diploma in a relevant field.

Essential Skills

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the E-Commerce channel.
• Strong understanding of B2C operations and customer experience principles.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary range for this role is SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
