Key Responsibilities and Project Oversight

The Electrical Engineer will play a crucial role in managing electrical engineering activities across all project phases, from initial design through to commissioning. This includes ensuring strict compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and established quality benchmarks. The successful candidate will contribute to the successful execution of diverse real estate projects.

Core Duties

• Design and review electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-current systems.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise electrical installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
