Introduction to the Role

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an ELV/ICT Inspector Saudi National to join a major data centre project located east of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within a global engineering and professional services firm known for its involvement in landmark projects.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards. This role requires working on a large-scale construction project within a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor ELV and ICT works, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site.
• Review method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ELV/ICT Inspector on large-scale construction projects.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is mandatory.
• Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge of ELV/ICT systems, standards, and inspection procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
