Role Overview: ELV Specialist

This is a full-time, delivery-focused ELV Specialist project leadership role based in Riyadh, covering all SA Regions. The position supports existing assets within a landmark motorsports and automotive destination, which is designed to host major international motorsport events and year-round activities. The role involves managing large mechanical and electrical subcontract packages based on completed designs, with a focus on contractor and subcontractor management, program delivery, coordination, and close-out of complex MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large ELV subcontract packages, including those valued in excess of SAR 500 million.
• Lead and coordinate ELV contractors and subcontractors to meet program, quality, and safety objectives.
• Drive construction program, sequencing, and recovery planning across MEP works.
• Oversee HVAC and chilled water systems from building interfaces through asset integration.
• Coordinate MEP activities across multiple buildings, stakeholders, and asset interfaces.
• Support senior leadership across the mechanical scope and wider MEP delivery.
• Manage the integration and coordination of substations and major utility interfaces.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and progressive close-out of MEP systems.
• Monitor contractor performance, progress reporting, and risk management.
• Support operational readiness, handover, and post-completion activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in delivering large-scale MEP construction packages on complex developments.
• Demonstrated strong capability in contractor and subcontractor management.
• Experience with HVAC, chilled water systems, and substations is beneficial.
• High-rise building project experience is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and delivery-focused leadership skills.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across all SA Regions. The role is integral to a significant development project within the Kingdom.
