دار الرياض | Dar Al Riyadh is seeking an ELV Engineer to supervise ELV and ICT systems across a variety of developments. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Role Overview

The ELV Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems within large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments. This includes various areas such as residential units, commercial spaces, retail outlets, offices, clubhouses, and public facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, schematics, and system architecture for ELV and ICT systems.
• Oversee the implementation and functionality of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, intercom, IPTV, BMS, and smart-home systems.
• Coordinate ELV interfaces with electrical, mechanical, architectural, security, and operator requirements to ensure seamless integration.
• Review integration, network, cause-and-effect, and interface requirements for all relevant systems.
• Witness system testing, integration, commissioning, and authority inspections to ensure compliance and performance.
• Manage snagging processes, user training, system handover, warranty management, and the preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, security, ICT, AV, BMS, and smart-building systems.
• Demonstrated experience with integrated testing, commissioning, and system handover procedures.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC), NFPA standards, Civil Defense regulations, and other applicable international standards.
• A valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is mandatory.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on significant development projects.
