About the Role

ExeQut is seeking an End User Support Engineer to join its IT Support team in Riyadh. This full-time, onsite position is responsible for providing Level 1/2 technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of workstations, applications, and IT services across the organization. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in End User or Desktop Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, various applications, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and associated software.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access using Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support endpoint security solutions, including antivirus/EDR, encryption, and device compliance.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
• Create, update, and close incidents and service requests within the ITSM/ticketing system.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and hardware.
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialized infrastructure, network, security, or application teams.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-base articles.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in End User or Desktop Support.
• Must be of Saudi Nationality.
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Basic understanding of endpoint security and EDR solutions.
• Experience utilizing ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft certifications.
