Maarif Education is seeking an English Teacher to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on fostering a passion for learning and emphasizing the importance of lifelong education among students.

Role Overview

The English Teacher will be responsible for educating, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging students. The role involves helping students develop a strong understanding of the English language and its impact, while promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate teaching and learning strategies, methodologies, and programs in alignment with curriculum standards and framework guidelines.
• Participate in the preparation and development of courses of study, subject scope and sequence, teaching materials, teaching programs, methods of teaching and assessment, and all school plans and programs.
• Engage in reciprocal peer review and observation of classroom teaching practices by the subject supervisor or Head of Learning.
• Participate in in-service education and training courses, as well as continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities.
• Contribute to the professional development of new teachers according to arrangements agreed upon by the school authority.
• Provide necessary information, data, plans, and documents to designated school personnel, including details regarding requisitions and arrangements related to areas of responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
