The Role: ENT Specialist

Remain Medical Group is seeking an ENT Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting outpatient consultations for ENT conditions.
• Performing diagnostic procedures related to the ear, nose, and throat.
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Carrying out ENT-related surgical and non-surgical interventions in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
• Coordinating patient care effectively with other medical specialties.
• Accurately documenting clinical findings and treatment details in medical records.
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure integrated patient care.
• Providing comprehensive patient education regarding their conditions and treatment options.
• Ensuring strict adherence to infection control and safety standards within the practice.
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completion of accredited residency training in Otolaryngology / ENT.
• Board certification or eligibility in ENT, along with a valid license to practice or the ability to obtain licensure in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
• Proficiency in common ENT procedures and surgical techniques, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and in an integrated healthcare environment.
• Commitment to high ethical standards, patient safety, and maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation.
• Experience with modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical record systems is preferred.
• Prior experience of 5-10 years in a hospital or group practice setting, particularly within the Gulf region, is beneficial.
