Entities Governance Officer

About the Role

SAB is seeking an Entities Governance Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves assisting in the implementation and monitoring of governance frameworks specifically related to the bank's Subsidiaries & Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing policies and frameworks for Subsidiaries and Associates.
• Maintain effective monitoring, periodic updates, and communication regarding existing and new regulations pertinent to Subsidiaries & Associates policies and frameworks.
• Support the establishment of TSA (Transition Service Agreements) & SLAs (Service Level Agreements) as required, and lead the annual review of existing SLAs/PLAs (Performance Level Agreements) with Business Owners to ensure alignment with governance processes.
• Monitor the performance of existing SLAs/PLAs in accordance with the governance framework for such arrangements.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic projects for the Subsidiaries & Associates Governance Department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Subsidiaries & Associates, as well as internal stakeholders.
• Develop a central repository, maintenance, and tracking methodology for Subsidiaries & Associates Governance and related TSA & SLA assignments.
• Communicate regularly with Subsidiaries & Associates as needed.
• Facilitate the merger or closure of Subsidiaries & Associates where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Governance, Subsidiary/Associate Management, or a related function, preferably within the banking sector.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in TSA/SLA management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
