About the Role

SEA Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneurship Lecturer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves delivering high-quality teaching, training, and mentorship across various programs related to entrepreneurship and innovation. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Entrepreneurship Lecturer is responsible for designing and delivering educational and professional development programs. This includes undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and executive education initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, venture creation, business development, and startup ecosystems. A key aspect of this role is facilitating practical learning experiences and providing mentorship to students and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courses, diploma modules, workshops, bootcamps, and training programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, startup creation, business development, business models, and related subjects.
• Design and develop course content, training materials, assessments, case studies, and practical learning activities aligned with academic and industry standards.
• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, executive education programs, workshops, simulations, and experiential learning activities.
• Mentor and support students, entrepreneurs, and startup founders in developing business ideas, validating concepts, and building sustainable ventures.
• Guide participants through entrepreneurial projects, business plans, feasibility studies, pitch presentations, incubation, and acceleration activities.
• Assess student and participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and monitor learning outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in entrepreneurship and education. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in delivering high-quality teaching, training, and mentorship within entrepreneurship, innovation, or related fields. A proven ability to design and implement effective learning programs is essential.

Collaboration and Engagement

• Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, entrepreneurs, investors, and government entities to enhance practical learning and industry engagement.
• Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, entrepreneurship events, startup competitions, innovation challenges, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support entrepreneurship centers, incubators, accelerators, innovation labs, and related programs as required.

Professional Development and Institutional Support

• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, and startup ecosystems.
• Contribute to applied research, consultancy, thought leadership, or publications where appropriate.
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance initiatives, accreditation activities, and institutional committees as assigned.
• Perform other teaching, training, academic, and administrative duties as assigned.
