Overview of the ER Physician Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a dedicated ER Physician to join their medical team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive clinical care within an indoor emergency room setting, ensuring high standards of patient assessment, treatment, and education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and accurately document clinical findings.
• Design and execute individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients on their health conditions, necessary investigations, available treatment options, and proper medication use.
• Promote health and educate patients on disease prevention strategies.
• Order and meticulously review results of patient investigations.
• Prescribe appropriate medications for patients.
• Perform additional tasks as dictated by specialty and clinical privileges.
• Administer vaccinations when applicable.
• Refer cases to relevant clinic specialties as needed.
• Undertake other duties assigned by the manager based on business requirements.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from a recognized university.
• Possession of a valid SCHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) license.

Experience and Certifications

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-graduation.
• Valid resuscitation training certificates, including BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using Office applications and Health Information Systems.

Work Environment and Schedule

This role operates in a 100% indoor clinical environment. The work schedule is structured around a 6-day work week, with one day off per week. Shifts consist of 8 net working hours, scheduled according to the department head's approved shift plan.
